Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why would I need a coach?
A coach will take your inner desire to transform one or more significant areas of your life and help you see them as attainable NOW.  As your coach, I  help you take your goals, define them and establish concrete steps to follow leading to your ultimate success.  Having a coach allows you to have someone constantly in your corner, recognizing each small success, listening to you, keeping you accountable, and challenging you to move forward towards further positive transformation. 
  • What’s expected of me?
Hard work is expected of each of my clients.  The transformation you desire can only be accomplished by YOU.  So be sure to attend your sessions on time and come prepared, do the homework given, and keep a CAN DO attitude.  Remember, the coach can give all the great advise in the world, establish a wonderful plan for progress and encourage endlessly, BUT if you’re not committed, nothing will happen.   
  • Can I pay for one session at a time?
Your 1st 30 minute session is free. After that full payment must be received before coaching sessions begin. 
  • What will happen during the first free session? 
The first free session runs for 30 minutes via phone. This is our “Getting to Know Each Other” session.   You will want to see if you are comfortable with me, and I will assess how committed you are to your goal attainment.  My goal is 100% success with all of my clients, so I will want to make sure you are totally committed to the process.  We will definitely discuss what you’re hoping I can do for you as your coach, and then we go from there. 
  • What will the paid sessions look like? 
No matter which package you choose, I’ll come with a meeting format to our sessions but one that is flexible so that I can always adapt to the your needs on any particular day.  Sessions can last up to one hour.   We would progress as follows:       
  • Client’s update. How did the homework go?  What came easily?  What were the challenges, if any.  How did the client feel as he/she accomplished the tasks?  Any comments on what had to be done for that past week?
  • Coach comments and summarizes what has been accomplished, and response to the client’s feelings and thoughts.
  • Resources, Insights. Coach share’s resources, insights, concerning the client’s current status and future moves.
  • Next week’s plan. Coach and Client discuss and decide upon the homework and tasks to be taken on for the following week. 
  • Commitment. There is an official commitment made and the session is ended. 

  • What packages do you offer?
I offer three different packages each consisting of 5 sessions. They were created with the consideration of clients’ varying budget restraints, communication styles and locations.  The Bronze package offers coaching 100% via email.  The Silver package provides coaching by phone and email through the week, and The Gold package provides  face to face coaching in person or by Skype with email throughout the week as a back-up support. 
  • Are there other Options? 
Yes!  Couples Coaching, Group Coaching, Student Discounts and Economy Packages (3 week packages or extended package deals) can be arranged.  Please contact Anna for pricing details and arrangements.  
  • How does the Bronze Package work? 
The Bronze package consists of 100% email coaching.  Each week, on precise days and times, I initiate  FORMAL  coaching communications.  The first communication greets, requests your update and feedback from the previous week’s effort.  This is done with a series of open ended questions.  The second communication is a response to your email.  Here, in addition to responding to what was accomplished, I  pose my thoughts on what the next step or steps could possibly be, requesting your feedback and commitment.  After receiving your second response,  my third email communication confirms what we agreed upon and then you to go to work.  With this package, you also have daily e-mail access to me.  I am committed to always respond to client communications within 24 hours, with the understanding that I will provide you with 2 responses per day. If clients find themselves in real need, they are allowed 1 emergency call. Calls need to be made within the prescribed phone hours listed on this website whenever possible.   
  • How does the Silver Package Work?
The Silver package is the telephone option.  Formal sessions occur once a week at an agreed upon time and day.  Such sessions follow the" Paid Coaching Sessions" plan described above and can last up to an hour.  Silver clients also have daily e-mail access to the coach, with the promise of 2 coach responses per day, all within that 24 hour window.  In addition, Silver clients, if they find themselves in a real dilemma, may make up to 2 “Emergency“calls total for the 5 session period. Calls need to be made within the prescribed phone hours listed on this website whenever possible. 
  • How does the Gold Package Work?
The Gold package provides the face to face sessions, once per week.  Face to face can mean person to person sessions (check my meeting location listed below), or via Skype.  Sessions can run up to an hour. Gold clients also have daily e-mail access to their coach, as well as the option for 2 “Emergency” calls, if needed.  Calls need to be made within the prescribed phone hours listed on this web site whenever possible. 
  • Where do you conduct your person to person sessions?
 I meet clients at the Ypsilanti Marriott Hotel, in the Starbucks Lobby.  The address is 1275 South Huron Street, Ypsilanti, MI 48197.
  • What if I have to miss an appointment?
Clients should text, email or call Anna 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment.  This procedure will allow for a rescheduling of that appointment.  If appointments are a NO SHOW, the session will not be made up.
  • How do you accept payments?
Packages must be paid for in advance before the formal coaching sessions begin.  Paypal, credit/debit cards, or personal checks are the available options. Refer to the "Payment Options" tab for further explanation.  
  • Do you offer a money back guarantee?
With the mutual understanding that significant change and success can ONLY happen with the determination and commitment of the client, I am fully committed to my clients’ total satisfaction in my coaching services.  If, for any reason, a client feels that I have erred, or come short of any of my promises,  I will correct, to the best of my ability, any problem or issue causing dissatisfaction,  including a 100% refund of payment, if necessary.   
  • How do I start?
